Craft Booth Location: Family Health Center West Lawn – Outdoors
9:00 a.m. – Set-up begins
10:30 a.m. – Set-up completed
11:00 a.m. – Booths open
5:00 p.m. – Booth tear-down begins
Because the event is outdoors, all booth sizes are approximately 10 x 10
$50 (Portland Resident $30)

If you prefer to submit your forms and payment via mail
a complete printable application package is available by clicking here.
Applications will not be considered until all steps are completed
using either the online forms or via mail.
Booths will be assigned on a first come-first served basis according to the
time stamp – if submitted online – or postmark – if mailed.
If your application is not accepted, the application fee will be refunded in full. Refunds for cancellation of booth rental will not be issued after September 23, 2018 for any reason.
