7:00 a.m. – Set-up begins
9:30 a.m. – Set-up completed
10:00 a.m. – Booths open
6:00 p.m. – Booth tear-down begins
10 x 10 booth $30 (Portland Resident $15)
8 x 8 booth $24 (Portland Resident $12)
To apply for a Craft Booth:
Complete a Craft Booth Application including
acknowledgement of the Craft Booth Policies & Guidelines.

Applications will not be considered until all three steps are completed
using either the online forms or via mail.
Booths will be assigned on a first come-first served basis according to the
time stamp – if submitted online – or postmark – if mailed.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by email or mail no later than September 5, 2016. If your application is not accepted, the application fee will be refunded in full. Refunds for cancellation of booth rental will not be issued after September 5, 2016 for any reason.
